Delete Your Bestie Account
Want to delete your account? We’ll sort it for you.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In the app
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email to hello@girllogic.app with the subject line “Delete my account” and include the email address associated with your account. We’ll process your request within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your email address
- Your display name
- Your age/generation setting
- Your saved bestie responses
- Your usage history
What we retain
We may retain anonymised, non-identifiable usage analytics for up to 90 days for app performance purposes. This data cannot be linked back to you once your account is deleted.
